We're a small team building a small number of carefully-chosen things. If you're tired of working on software that exists to capture attention — and interested in building software that respects the people who use it — you might be at home here.

How we work

• Async-first, remote-friendly. Written communication is the default. Deep-work blocks are sacred.
• Open protocols over closed platforms. We prefer to build on standards anyone can adopt.
• One thing at a time. Better to finish one thing well than to stretch three thin.
• Quiet over loud. We'd rather have a calm product that works than a noisy one that doesn't.

We don't have formal openings posted right now. But we're always interested in hearing from:

• Senior engineers who've built distributed systems, protocols, or agent tooling
• Product-minded designers who want to build interfaces that disappear
• Writers and thinkers with opinions about where software is going wrong
